Utterly incompetent or overloaded

Used them for conveyancing when selling a domestic property. Absolutely appalling customer service; their communication couldn't be any worse. They didn't once answer the phone through the entire process. Didn't once return any calls or respond to any messages left at switchboard. Almost never responded to text messages on their portal, when they did, responses typically took weeks. Email responses better but still way too slow. Responses to buyers solicitor were waaaaaay too slow (weeks). If you value retaining your buyer and don't want to loose the sale, avoid at all costs. They got the job done in the end but avoid like the plague.
