I sold my house with Smart estate agents and would not hesitate to recommend them. Lisa was fantastic throughout the whole process, keeping us updated all the time and always being available for any questions we may have. She has a real passion for what she does which shone through from the first time we met her. Within one week of Lisa first coming to the house to give us a quote the house was on the market with multiple viewings arranged and the day after the viewings we received some great offers which I believe was in part due to Lisa's pricing strategy and enthusiasm when conducting the viewings. As such our house sold with Smart within two weeks of us first meeting Lisa! Thanks again for all of your help Lisa and all at Smart - 5 stars from us!
