Great experience
First time going to a Comic Con. Getting through security was quick and easy. Finding where guests, traders and pros were was easy but the queuing system for the guests who weren't in their own rooms and the pros need a bit of work done to them as no one knew who they were queuing for and in the afternoon (3pm onwards) everything was very disorganised. I do understand one way in one way out of the arenas but some of the staff on the doors were rude to guests who were trying to leave via the wrong door. Maybe sign post the ways to go as well. The booking system for time slots were good especially for the headlining guests but would of liked a little more time in the photo ops to have a bit more of a chat or at least an extra photo as if paying £150/£170 for a headline guest is a little expensive for 30 seconds. All in all it was a great experience for first ever con.
