The instructions to replace SIM didn't work. Rang helpful customer service who assisted change over. They advised old number would be restored within 24. After 48 hrs I rang again and another helpful lady advised change over "had just occured"and that recurring bundle would happen in a month. I have been told this several times before so don't have much faith. If it doesn't I will change provider.
