The communication was good
The communication was good. A human actually answered the 'phone and was polite, helpful and friendly. They resolved a computer/order problem. I ordered and paid for the mattress, then I got an email saying that I had forgotten something and it is left in my basket. When I had paid for it and had an order number. All resolved by the customer service team. I then needed to change the date of the delivery, resolved with no issue. I was first on the delivery list, they did communicate by message and 'phoned when they were 30-50 minutes away. They arrived, put on to the bed frame, took the packaging off and took it away. They didn't communicate to each other in English which was a little off putting. They asked for a number, which apparently came within a link on the delivery arrangement message. This link was a way of signing for delivery. I thought I was signing for it with a pen. Haven't used the bed yet, it is breathing and has a slight smell which will go.
