If you're just watching Netflix, working from home, and are not an IT professional I think it's ok. What annoys me is that sometimes the speed is slow, so if you're using your phone at night and doom scrolling on occasion it's slow on like a public holiday when 4 million people are also doom scrolling. It's better than Iinet by a million times, bit not perfect. Outages are RARE, like very rare. I'm considering starlink for a few bucks more a month cause everyone raves about it, but if you're after a standard internet connection with no BS they're pretty good. I'd recommend them if youre finding your current ISP is shit and starting to pissnyou off with unreliability (Iinet I'm referring to you)
