After having our house on the market for almost six months with no success with another local agent, we contacted Ruth. We had used her before via Purple Bricks (the company left a lot to be desired but Ruth went over and above to make sure we were kept informed throughout). We weren’t sure whether she would work in our area, given that it wasn’t local to her, but Ruth was more than happy to take us on as clients and did exactly what she promised! The house was only up for sale for a few weeks and it was sold, SSTC! It was far from a seamless transaction, but Ruth kept us calm and informed from start to finish.
