Pity there’s not a zero star rating
Pity there’s not a zero star rating. Arrogant little girl on reception is in the wrong profession, shouldn’t be anywhere near paying customers. Finally get our car, she tells us almost as an afterthought “oh the passenger side window doesn’t work”. Well you’d better get me another car where the windows do work. “We don’t have any other cars” she says, while I’m looking at a carpark full of rental cars. Well you’d better find me one or give me an upgrade. 10 minutes later an alternative car was suddenly found. Took me an hour to realise that the windows didn’t all work in this one either. Joke of a company, super rubbish customer service. -25 stars bunch of dodgy chancers
