I’m here to share my story that way it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I went to this place to get service from this so called spa, the lady at the front desk sold me a package for 12 services and I only had to pay 66.00 for it. After I pay for the package I noticed that she asked for my card information, it was strange because I already had paid, but i didn’t put to much thought into. Time passed and I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged 315.00. I called and asked for the money to be returned and on that 1at phone call they hang up. I called again and the second person that answered the phone said that will send a message to be called y a manager, I didn’t received a call back but because it was the week of Christmas I gave them more time. On January I called again and left the same message to be called back because I wanted my money back and I didn’t wanted any services to be provided, still manager didn’t called. Just now I called again and Rosa (if that’s her real name) told me that the only thing that she can do is send another message to the manager to call. I asked what happened with the other three times that “they sent the message” and she said it maybe got lost. I asked if it was an electronic message how can be lost and if it grew legs, very sarcastic she said yes. Please don’t get any service from this place they don’t have costumer service, they laugh at you and brush everything off. I will be writing a bad review here and all other platforms until my problem gets resolved
