My first honest housing agency
The first agency that didn't try to steal all our deposit or add unreasonable fees at the end. I've been really impressed with the ethics of Unipol, they really keep the landlord in check (I didn't realise till after but they're actually a charity setup to improve student renting - and they certainly did!). I had some issues moving out in time, for which they were unbelievably helpful, they didn't charge me but instead Sam (my housing manager) offered to use another Unipol room to temporarily move my items into. Proper problem solvers, who are on the tenants side.
