I wish I had known about this sooner!
I wish I had known about this sooner. I have always suffered from performance-based anxiety. While Propranolol is not meant to *fix* anxiety - it's meant to reduce your physical symptoms, allowing you to get through your presentation. With how bad my anxiety can get in these situations, I was slightly skeptical just because I thought that I may just be awful at public speaking or it was also just my generalized anxiety disorder and this wouldn't help. Turns out the symptoms were making me bad at speaking and this was the cure. No anxiety symptoms, no side effects. This has been a god send and my only complaint is that I wish I had known about this years ago. Do yourself a favor and try this - it might save your career.
