Very disappointed
I went to Jo-Anns to buy an item. When I got to the store I asked one of the employees to help me find locate the item. She keyed it into her machine and said that they didn't have any out but there were 8 in the back room waiting to be unpacked. So I wouldn't miss the sale I went home and ordered the item online for curbside pickup. Two weeks went by and I called the store to make sure my order was still on file. The man confirmed it was and apologized for them taking so long to get the orders filled. A month later I receive an email saying that my order had been cancelled!! Why?! I emailed Customer Service to get an answer..NEVER got a response. A week later I get an email to write a review for the purchase..I wrote this; I would give ZERO stars if I could because I never received this item. I had ordered this item for curbside pic-up. A month later I receive an email saying they had to cancel my order and gave me no reason at all. I emailed customer service about this and they never got back to me. I'm so disappointed in this company. Today I received an email from them saying, "We're sorry! Our staff has read your review and values your contribution. Unfortunately, your review did not meet all of our website guidelines." My jaw dropped when I read that..Of course they don't want to post it. We can't let the truth be known.
