That`s why five stars for 1&1
I've been a continuous DSL customer with 1&1 since the beginning of 2000. During that time, I've moved three times and switched plans several times. Everything always went smoothly and without delays. With the exception of the ruinous price wars in the provider market (2004-2007), my experiences with support and technical staff have been consistently positive. What I also really appreciate is the good quality of the internet connections, which are particularly important for remote sessions, telephony, and online gaming. And to this day, I have had no complaints about my mobile phone service with 1&1. A few days ago, 1&1 called me. At first, I thought it was one of the usual—but very rare—sales calls. But far from it. 1&1 offered me a two-euro monthly price reduction and doubled my upload speed for my long-standing loyalty as a customer. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude.
