On the 15th of APRIL 2025 I phoned the V4 Consumer company to make a payment of £34.95 and it was taken and again V4 took another £34.95 on the 22/04/2025. I phoned the company alerted them of the double deduction they have done and I asked for refund as this has been deducted from my grocery budget , on the 25/04/2025 I received email from V4 that according to their policy I will receive the refund after 14 days. On the 14th of May I phoned V4 about my refund and I was told that I will get it after 14 days. I reminded them that this is the second time such a thing happening, as it happened in May 2024, exactly the same situation of double deduction hoping that I will not notice it. I was starved by V4 and again I am starved. I informed V4 that I live on my government pension I have no other income and I again this year it is still the same story. Sometime in March 2025 V4 phoned me about £3.00 that was owing because they were doing adjustments on their prices, the call I received was a demand call of the owing money. I informed V4 that last year I had to be assisted by a friend and this year I am not keen to borrow to buy food. The V4 company is treating me differently and I want to know why they trest me differently from other human beings.
