They don't care!!! The experience team what a joke...
Well i wouldn't have thought the customer service would be as terrible as it is and they don't care. You would think a brand like they are would offer a better service, the experience I am still going through to tell is way too long. I do not expect to pay £120 for a pair of trainers have them for 5 months to get told it is not a manufacturer fault I have lifted the sole with the type of exercise I do. The trainers were bought at an outlet store, I went back with my trainers whilst there the shop assistant was lifting the sole and has made it worse, he told me he didn't have a mystic ball to actually tell how it has happened but is definitely not manufacturer fault (so it's me) they did offer me 20% discount off another pair! How is laughed as said if trainers only last 5 months i will never buy from these again. What is more disappointing is that I didn't even need new trainers as my new balance trainers are perfectly good even after over a year of training in nearly everyday. I am in the process with customer service and have emailed photos explained my issue in store however I am told to go back in the store for them to help.... not sure of what part they don't understand I already have hence me needing help from the experience team! Yep true it is and experience for sure.
