I ordered two bolts of quilt batting
I ordered two bolts of quilt batting. One came as ordered, the second was not what I ordered, 25% less yardage and higher in price. Contacted customer service through email because there is no phone number listed anywhere. Had to send picture, did so. I asked the person to issue a pickup for the item since it was 1-their mistake and 2-a large heavy item. Fed Ex picked up the batting early the next morning. I was informed in an email that it can take up to two weeks to receive a refund. It’s been a few days past “two weeks” with no refund, so I emailed them again. Now the window for the refund is 14-21 days. This is ridiculous. They issued the pickup and have had the product for two weeks. If there is no refund within the next week, I will be filing a dispute with PayPal.
