My first Thai property purchase, a condo in foreign name, all done whilst in the UK, and the seller in his home country, New Zealand. I did view the condo at the tail end of my trip earlier this year, but the offer was accepted once I was home. Bee from Cornerstone showed me the condo, and then communicated with me throughout the purchase, and beyond. Even now, 2 weeks after completion, she has just reported she has changed the bills to my name, and will arrange cleaning prior to my visit next month.
