Sustainable and realistic plan
I'm almost finished 6 months with PLT Nutrition. I've tried nearly every diet program out there - WW, Beach Body, Arbonne, low card, Whole 30, etc. I've learned so much more than I've learned through all those programs from PLT in the last 6 months. My coach Wendy is awesome! She has lots of great (but also realistic) advice. Small changes really add up and I am getting the results that I want in a way that is sustainable. Looking forward to another 6 months with PLT to reach my goals and transition to maintenance.
