Spoke to Frankie W via online chat, extremely helpful , sorted out my order that was missing. Previously spoke with Marissa W and Evie F regarding the same order and got messed around, which delayed my order further. Not good when you have 6 cats to feed and you’re spending over £200 on food ! But very thankful to Frankie W for resolving my issue, arranging next delivery and being extremely kind and courteous, thank you Frankie W :)
