overall a very good experience
Bit tricky to find location with markings particularly in the downpour (why no signage/ floor arrows?) otherwise everything was good, got the exact model of hired car in good condition, driver didn’t drive off on collection which was prompt and friendly (Terry?), overall a very good experience
