Good experience
Although the whole buying process was a bit longer than we expected, the job has been done and we have a new house now. As a first time buyer I would expect more detailed explanations on step-by-step guide, rather than just a tracking app, which is still good and was updated quite regularly, but for someone who is new to this may be not easy to see where we are and what’s going on. Communication was good and we received answers in good time scales. We have been asked to sign a document that was signed already for 2 months, but to be fair that has been requested by the colleague of our solicitor, who covered his annual leave, so it can be understandable. I had a feeling that there are no enough attention to our case - that is because for us it is something very important and not usual, but for solicitor it is his everyday job. We didn’t see whole picture and (because it’s first buy) that was a bit stressful. But in the end of the day the job done with no issues and that is the main thing.
