Deteriorating service
Since the change of the company website, it seems that the customer service changed as well. Previously we could see all purchases and returns on our accounts, now you cannot find it, you rarely get notifications about the refunds once the return has been delivered to them. Its a significant difference to the company I joined as a client a few months ago. Maybe they should review the work of their IT department? I have been told that my history of purchases has been wiped out, and unlikely to recover??? What
