Cheap prices but ridiculous service

In short: yes they are cheap, but be prepared to have issues with them, and they are very ambigous about termination fees. You may want to pay more but have an acceptable service! I joined at the end of January. More than 3 months, and yet they have no idea of how much I am consuming. I have not been billed a single time at least, but I can only wait for a huge bill god knows when. I can only read on MyWatts "Your data will be available soon". Since January. I have called them 3 times. First 2 times they said "I'll report the fault, your data will we available in a week", but of course nothing happened. Eventually, the third time they admitted they have no idea of my consumption and when they will be able to know. The only reason I have not switched operator is that I have done some Googling myself and I'm now using the BrightApp . It took them 2 days to access my smartmeter and I can finally see my comsuption. Not had any problems with OVO either, but somehow Tomato is unable to access my Smartmeter data. Last but not least, they advertise their tariffs to have "No exit fees", however if you read the contract, THEY DO STATE THERE IS A TERMINATION FEE. I emailed them to enquire about it, but never received an answer. Excactly, the contract says "If You choose to switch suppliers, You can do so 49-days before the date of the Supply Contract is due to end or at the end of the Supply Contract without paying an exit fee. If You switch suppliers before the 49-days Switching Window and/or have outstanding charges, we reserve the right to object to the change, and/or charge You a termination fee". Quite ridicoulos!
