This pharmacy is so corny and deceitful!!!! I was sent an entirely different brand from what I ordered and when I queried this, I was told that it is in the description that alternative brand will be sent when purchased brand is out of stock. Mind you, the “in the description” that they’re talking about is a tiny sentence hidden at the bottom of the description, that can be easily missed! They sent a cheaper brand of what I originally ordered so basically I spent £19.05 for a £5 eyedrop! They said that they do not do refund on eyedrops for safety reasons but why isn’t safety considered when sending the wrong product? It is better to update the website to reflect out of stock items. Why take a gamble on people’s health? I will be speaking with my bank.
