Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. Car booked in for service. I live an hour away. Wait appointments and curtesy car booked months in advance. Called to see if options were available - told I would be called back after spending 2 hours trying to get through. Never got the callback to discuss. When arrived and explained just told those are your options though clearly none offered were suitable. Basically told I apologised for not getting back to you - so you will just have to wait! Once car bought the care disappears.
