One month or so ago, I placed an order with Educational Toys. They mixed up my order and someone else's, sent me someone else's order addressed to me (and I expect, my order to someone else). The customer service staff somehow registered this as being my fault. I had waylaid an item of theirs. They could only process my order for my things if I first arrange a collection for a specific time for the item they misdelivered. In the end I lodged a complaint. I also offered to consent for them to put a hold on my credit card so they speed up sending me the items I actually ordered. Following this, they sped up their collection of the item they misdelivered, sent me a reminder that I should ensure the items are well packaged, and promptly asked me to review their service. I still haven't received my items.
