Absolute worst experience ever!!
Absolute worst experience ever and it still continues. I was recommended PCS Legal by Easychoiceconveyancing.co.uk. The price was too good to be true. I was buying 2 apartments in 2 different buildings from 2 different owners at the same time using the same team; Megan Hunt and Charlotte Terry. The initial contact was made at the beginning of October 2024 and I finally cancelled both purchases at the end of April 2025. That's almost 8 months!! I have lost my deposit for both purchases. I had to call and chase for updates by email (repeatedly) and I would get a 1 liner response, if I was lucky to get a reply. The lack of proactivity, the lack of CX, the lack of just being efficient was shocking!! Using the portal Movein was even worse, as you rarely got a reply there. What's the point in having a portal if you then send emails?? I am now pending the return of some monies paid for a 3rd property I was planning on buying, but cancelled before it started. I have been chasing for 4 weeks now. No reply, no updates, absolute silence. I am not sure if its just this team or PCS Legal in general, but I would rather pay more for a better experience.
