Bad experience Camberley Explore Learning
Explore learning at Camberley has lots of area to improve. First - poor Internet provision: there are Internet outages on several occasions and the kids had to work on handouts compromising on interactiveness that they are there for. Second - poor customer care management: I rescheduled my son's session to be on usual Saturdays when I could not make on weekdays but they refuse to take him on due to the fact that I cease the contract with them and the session they say fall on the next month. It's a real shame that they could not even take one kid for his rescheduled session for last time. Third - Too pricey: for one hour session a week. £124 for 4/5 hours a month is too expensive with poor technical infrastructure they have. Forth - Getting to the location can be difficult at times as there is no other option but to drive and the dual carriageway can be very busy at peak times.
