I’ve recently had a Smart Energy solar system installed in my property. A short time after installation I had an issue with my cooktop. After checking fuse box had not tripped I came to the conclusion the cooktop was broken. Approx $600 later I was informed by an electrician that the cooktop was not broken. Instead he stated the fuse box was not re-wired correctly. I have brought this to the attention of Smart Energy and for over 2 weeks I’m still waiting on a reply My waning to anyone thinking of installing with me Smart Energy is that they will brag about their outstanding customer service after installation. However, in reality I’ve yet to see any. Regards, STILL WAITING!!!
