PATHETIC SERVICE can start by issuing faster refunds…
You can start by issuing faster refunds on optional tours that don't eventuate due to lack of numbers for the optional tour . Ours was cancelled before the trip. The guide didn't not inform us till the night before the tour. After informing everyone of next days activities, I asked " what about the Optional tour"?? She said, " it's off".. 10 days later, I am still waiting for ANYONE to give us our $450.00 odd dollars back. Flight Centre or MY Cruises.. NEVER AGAIN. After writing this review.. My Newcastle Travel agent, has emailed me, in the last half hour.. Saying the offer of a refund, is $100.00 or so... Less than we paid for the Optional. Two things.. this is not on. And. This borders on small scale theft.. I await further outcomes. We have dealt with, Insight, Inspiration Vacations, Global, Trip-a-Deal and Trafalgar over the years... But this lot top them all. They wanted our money, IMMEDIATELY for a non existing tour... But.. try to get your own money back !!!!. This is something else.. Shame there is no " zero" rating.
