This is the first time I have written a review like this, however the service we have received is so appalling that I felt it was necessary. We’ve had an incredibly poor experience renting a property through Dexters Fulham. The property was handed over in a genuinely uninhabitable state. Filthy, unfinished, and unsafe, despite being promised it had been professionally cleaned and made ready for move-in. There were (and still are) numerous issues, including exposed wiring, cracked floor tiles, broken fittings, non-functioning appliances, and serious fire hazards. We raised these immediately and have followed up with multiple emails and phone messages, yet most of the time they do not even respond. What’s worse is the consistent lack of accountability. The property was clearly not inspected properly before handover, and even after we provided evidence (including photos and video), the agency has been slow to act and at times entirely silent. The inventory was even completed before cleaning was finished, which speaks volumes about how badly managed this has been. Dexters may have a good reputation on paper, but our experience has been completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking about renting through them, especially from this branch, I’d strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
