einmal gekauft ersatzuhr für 85 € zum zweiten mal warten wir eine kulanz wir haben die Uhr erhalten und auch aktiviert am 17.05.2022. Jetzt ist die Uhr meiner Tochter aus der Hand gefallen und hat wieder ein Displaybruch. Ich kann mir nicht erklären, dass es so schnell wieder kaputt ist. Aber es ist wirklich ihr nur aus der Hand gefallen aus einer Höhe von vielleicht 1 Meter. Ich bitte sie um eine Kulanz! Ich bitte um baldige Antwort.
