My son had a scooter and one of the wheels just broke off completely and the company was going to replace it but UPS lost the package and it was just at a standstill and I wasn’t having any communication with them but then I called and Marvin Seva fixed the issue. He created an order for the replacement and made sure my son receives his scooter replacement. Thank you Marvin for saving the scooter rides!
