Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication and Proactivity
I have been extremely disappointed with the level of service received during my property purchase with Taylor Rose. My transaction has been ongoing since December 2024 and throughout this time communication has been consistently poor. It has been nearly impossible to speak with my conveyancer on the phone, despite numerous calls and voicemails. Emails often go unanswered for long periods, even on critical matters requiring timely updates. This lack of responsiveness has caused repeated delays and unnecessary stress. Key documents have taken weeks to be reviewed or sent, and when I have requested clarity or confirmation of outstanding items, the information provided has been partial or unclear. My lender has also struggled to get any response from Taylor Rose, which has further held up progress. I appreciate that workloads can be high and annual leave is understandable, but as a paying client I expected at least basic communication and proactive case management. This experience has left me with serious reservations about recommending Taylor Rose to others.
