I have being a loyal customer for over 17 years with bord gais, recently a different supplier knocked on my door with what sounded like a great deal I rang bord gais to see if they had any offers or any discounts remember I'm with them 17 years and I never phoned them not once ,they told me straight out that they were not offering me anything, so the discision to move was easy but wait for it ,it took me over 1 week to get the deactivation code thankfully it's done and I never have to put another cent towards your company, bad form bord gais and I have being telling my family friends and neighbours to do the same ,look after your customers bord gais before you have none left
