Bus driver stole my suitcase
Bus driver stole my suitcase, it was loaded onto the bus at my hotel and when I got to the airport and went to grab my suitcase from the hold it was gone, I said asked the bus driver where is my suitcase, he said all cases off bus friend. Instead of him staying to a minute to try help me out to figure out where it was or what could have happened he got in the bus and left me standing at the airport with nothing, this was the most horrible service I’ve ever received in my life and have lost £2000 worth of stuff that was in my case and some things that were irreplaceable was in the case. I beg anyone that reads this please do not travel with this company you are safer getting a taxi where you luggage is no more than a few feet away from you.
