Terrible Customer service
Can never get ahold of anyone when needed. Terrible communication with residents. We've had serval issues and they take weeks to months to get fixed. we've been over charged several times. There is no way to see the dates of the utilities we are being charged for. often times we have several different charges for the same utility in 1 month, and other months dont get charged at all. very disorganized, unhelpful, and unreliable.
