After thorough ID checks and 11 months of service I’ve been notified one morning by Companies made simple that they will not forward me correspondence related to one of my companies, as two directors are from a country they’ve labelled as ‘high risk country’. When pressed this seems to be an internal decision, that country is not labelled high risk by any government source. Additional ID checks (needs translation and notarisation of translation) means hundreds of pounds extra. No notice, just arbitrary decision. correspondance led nowhere. So cancelled my engangement with them. Very disappointing service
