Poor solution and customer service
I had a very bad experience with moving internet. - They say that they will deliver the device next day, though I got it in 3 days. Agent said that Royal Mail may have delays - Internet speed was poor, not even good enough to have one live stream running and their team suggests that 12-16 MBPS is good speed. - To improve the speed, the service team offered to send another device, which goes to show that the right device wasnt sent in the first case. I did not take their offer as I had lost my confidence already - Finally, they didnt even return my security deposit. While there was some delay on my side, they did not take into account the performance and other issues on their end. In the end an awful experience and false marketing.
