Useless company made marginally better by helpful call handlers
I had to settle for a colour of phone I didn't want after I was told I'd have to wait two weeks for the one they had advertised as in stock ready for next day delivery. I was then sent an email saying my number would not be carried over and I'd have to cancel my (old) contract after calling them I found this to not be the case at all. I was just sent a generic and very misleading email. Overall poor experience with them as a company, however the customer service call centre staff were very helpful and polite in clarification.
