New Tenants!
My husband and I started our process of searching for a new home about a month ago and found Great Jones on Zillow and Rently.com. The application process is very simple and straight forward, however sometimes there is a lag between the houses that are actually available vs. the one you apply for so make sure to call and verify before you apply. This happened to my husband and I, however they were very apologetic about the miscommunication and transferred our application to an available home with no hesitation. We were assigned a move in specialist named Ali to assist us with any questions or concerns. When we were approved she sent us a welcome email immediately! Provided her information to us Incase we were confused about anything. She has been great!! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions! We will definitely recommend Great Jones!
