Reassuringly good for multiple claims
I moved my pet insurance to Petwise in 2022 which Purely Pets took over in 2024. The premiums have increased yearly from £10pm to now £39pm for a 13 year old cat with no claims or illnesses (for the lifetime £10k option). I stuck with them, given shopping around didnt prove much cheaper. This year I have unfortunately had to make multiple claims for early symptoms of pancreatitis. The claims process is very straight forward, with confirmation emails and texts and follow up calls to clarify a few things - never a battle or reluctance to pay. Acceptance of the claim was made, for a bulk submission of invoices, within 1 day (my vets move fast to confirm things which helps) and payment was made within 5 working days. Super speedy, zero hassle and reassuring given I had multiple visits and invoices. I'm very pleased with the process and service and the interactions with the colleagues. The options for the insurance products and cover is easy to understand too. I suspect a hike in monthly premiums next year but for when I needed them, I had no issues so I would recommend.
