Stay away from this slow acting company
Stay away from this slow acting company. On 1st of July I’ve setup an account online to shift from previous tenant pre-paid electricity supply. And few days later we’ve been cut off the electricity. I’ve called the support on 5th of July we did the whole new setup account, next day I’ve decided to check if everything is fine and lady on the phone didn’t find our account again.. on 9th within 10min I’ve setup account with Yuno and happy days, they immediately take us on board. But on the 23 of July this beautiful BG company decided to setup our account.. 23 days after the initial request.. good luck guys with your speed and customer support specialists. Stay away from them
