Late night servicing.
We were sitting in a car dealership where we had agreed to buy a car. Using the AXA website we were (eventually) able to transfer the new car onto our AXA insurance car policy. Considering this was 7pm this was extremely helpful. This also meant we could drive the car home that night. However, the was a payment to make as the new car meant an increase in premium and when I made payment via credit card the transaction just hung with the mouse pointer just whirling around. EventuallyI had to crash the app and start again. Thankfully, it worked the second time but now the premium was £9 more than the first time. It worked but it was clunky and cost me money.
