PLT is a fabulous and welcome lifestyle change.
PLT is a great program for anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle. PLT encourages small attainable nutritional and physical goals to work towards within our busy lifestyles. It has taught me so many valuable lessons that I will continue to use everyday. I can’t recommend this program enough and of course my coach Deb. Menopause is a beast and it’s so great to know there is a program out there that can help us navigate it with grace.
