Terrible terrible outfit
Terrible terrible outfit. They literally make up costs to suit themselves and have no accounts to justify their costs and you get a simple response of pay or face legal action. Their go to response seems to be “that was before we were under new management” but be under no illusions, the new management are just as greedy and money orientated as previous. It’s only a matter of time before these management companies have to be regulated. For anyone reading this that’s thinking of buying a property with a management company, think long and hard then walk away - not worth it.
