DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE CANADIAN
I placed a $387 order with Silverts from Canada on November 19, 2024 and I have yet to receive my order. On Dec 4, I received an email stating order has been shipped. On Dec 17, I tracked my order and UPS tracking showed In Warehouse, Port Reading, NJ since Dec 13. I emailed customer service asking if they could follow-up with UPS to inquire why order seems to be stuck in their NJ warehouse. Their answer was “UPS delivery date shows Dec 25 but since it’s closed it will be delivered Dec 26”. Yet UPS continues to show In Warehouse, Port Reading, NJ - Dec 13, 2024. Now delivery date has changed to Jan 7 however, still no delivery and UPS continues to show In Warehouse, Port Reading, NJ since Dec 13. No movement whatsoever. An employee at my mom’s long term care facility told me she ordered socks for her mom last summer and received her order in November. If your are Canadian, DO NOT ORDER FROM SILVERTS. Delays are unacceptably long and their customer service is nonexistent.
