I took a 2 year contract and realise that I made a mistake. Used my 14 days cooling period and cancelled contract on the 17/3/24. I keep getting a payment request of £5.45. Which I paid. I keep calling Lyca mobile on 322. None of their staff understood me. I spoke with Paul. Then spoke with John. Then spoke with another, whose name I’ve forgotten. I’ve spent the whole day trying to get them to cancel my account, which I have previously already done anyway. They keep transferring me to cancellation department. And keep cutting me off. I spent 10 hours on their help number. And what a waste of time. I’ve already cancelled my mobile account on the 17/3/24 within my cooling period and happy to have done so.
