Booking process
We tried to book on-line but received the dreaded buffering circle so, after waiting around 10 minutes, decided to ring to make a booking instead. Our contact was extremely helpful, sorted it all out for us and also gave some extra handy tips. For the experience on the phone I would give 5 stars but the on-line experience let us down hence the 4 stars.
