Frustrating Experience, but Thanks to Jenny My experience with MadeSimple was frustrating, though not entirely terrible. While I appreciate Jenny’s efforts to assist me, the overall process was still filled with delays and unnecessary complications mainly due to Daniel’s lack of cooperation. From 08/03/2025 to 18/03/2025, I faced repeated requests for notarized documents. Even after submitting all the correct and official paperwork, I was still told: "Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the authenticity of those 2 documents. Please have both of them notarized by a public notary. If you do not want to have them notarized, please find the link to our refund request form below." By Daniel. I understand verification is necessary, but after complying with every requirement, I expected a smoother process rather than constant roadblocks. Jenny was helpful, but Daniel’s handling of my case made things much more difficult than they needed to be. While I can’t fully recommend MadeSimple, I do appreciate Jenny’s assistance. If the customer service were more consistent, this could have been a much better experience.
